Wison New Energies and Qair International have signed a partnership agreement
focused on advancing innovative floating offshore wind solutions.
The companies will combine their respective expertise, with Qair contributing
experience in project planning and construction, while Wison New Energies
will provide engineering, operations and maintenance capabilities.
The partnership aims to address emerging challenges in the global energy
transition, with a particular focus on marine environments, including projects
in the North Sea and the Mediterranean Sea.
"This agreement lays the foundation for a long-term partnership between
Qair and Wison. We look forward to jointly exploring commercially viable
project opportunities and accelerating the deployment of floating offshore
wind solutions," said Liu Hongjun, chairman of Wison New Energies.
The companies said the collaboration will support the development of technical
innovations designed to streamline project delivery and commercialise offshore
