DEME have been awarded a contract for Zeevonk Offshore wind farm.
DEME has announced that it has been awarded a contract for the transport
and installation of 69 monopile foundations at the Zeevonk
Offshore Wind Farm
in the Netherlands.
The Dutch wind farm, a joint venture between Vattenfall and Copenhagen
Infrastructure Partners (CIP), aims to deliver 1 GW of installed capacity
once completed, supporting the Netherlands' energy transition.
In addition to transporting and installing the 69 monopile foundations,
DEME will be responsible for marshalling services for both primary and
secondary steel.
DEME will utilise its fleet, including the offshore transport and installation
vessel Orion and a jack-up vessel, to execute the project.
Felix Würtenberger, CEO of Zeevonk, said: “Developing a project of this

a proven track record in offshore wind, and we are pleased to welcome the
