Aesen and Topline Group have announced the launch of Aesen Topline Offshore
Corp, a joint venture aimed at supporting offshore energy and infrastructure
developments in the Philippines.
The strategic
partnership will provide integrated marine solutions to support offshore
wind farms, offshore energy projects, marine civil construction and critical
maritime infrastructure.
The venture combines Aesen’s expertise in offshore maritime logistics,
project execution and multi-vessel operations with Topline Group’s market
knowledge, logistics capabilities and extensive local network.
Darren Ang, Group Chief Executive Officer of Aesen, said: “As offshore
wind developments move closer to execution and infrastructure investments
continue to accelerate, there is an increasing need for experienced maritime
partners capable of delivering safe, reliable and efficient project support
services.”
